Carie Birky

Born and raised in Valparaiso, Indiana, Carie Birky graduated from the Indiana University Dental Hygiene School in May 1995. She has devoted the past 34 years to creating beautiful smiles and building strong relationships with her patients. Prior to her dental hygiene career she worked as a dental assistant and a business coordinator in Crawfordsville and West Lafayette.

Carie dedicates many extracurricular hours to extended study and training to keep ahead of the latest in dental hygiene advances, incorporating these into her work for the benefit of her patients. When not attending to patients she devotes the remainder of her time to her loving husband of thirty-five years, Kevin, her two sons and her daughter-law, and her grand puppies! Carie states that in those occasional moments of free time she can be found flower gardening, pounding the pavement running 5 and 10K races, and spending time wine tasting with family and friends.
